This centennial remains positive and upbeat no matter what. Today, he’s showing the world exactly what a 106-year-old man can do as he ziplines on the 196-foot-high Grizedale Forest zip line in England.
Hailing from Hollingwood, England, Jack is no stranger to breaking records. On his 105th birthday, Jack became the oldest person to ride a rollercoaster. Before that, on his 104th birthday, Jack became the oldest person to get a tattoo.
As this incredible man flies down the zip line, there is a huge smile plastered across his face. The zip line can reach speeds up to 40 miles per hour, but nothing seemed to faze Jack.
His record-breaking moment quickly went viral online and many people praised this man and his youthful attitude. This 106-year-old is the perfect example that if we keep things moving and take care of our bodies, we too can be living easily long after we reach over the hill status.

High school classmates help organize a senior dance for a sick classmate battling cancer.
19-year-old Ilijah Barron is a senior at Liverpool High School in upstate New York. Two years ago, he was a normal student and even played on the varsity football time. But all of that changed when Ilijah started to notice a pain in his legs.
After multiple tests, doctors found a tumor in the young man’s leg. Ilijah was diagnosed with a bone cancer called osteosarcoma. His entire life changed. Before his diagnosis, Ilijah was planning on going to the annual senior prom.
Unfortunately, he found himself in the hospital two days before the ball. That’s when his mother came up with the idea to bring the dance to her son. Along with a group of classmates and hospital workers, Ilijah’s mother transformed the 11th floor of the Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital into a beautiful dance.
There was music, a photo booth and even a catered dinner. The students donned their tuxes and gowns to help Ilijah celebrate his senior prom in an amazing way. The incredible surprise touched this young man and even brought on a few tears.
Shortly after the hospital prom, Ilijah stood up and walked across the stage to receive his high school diploma. This inspiring young man isn’t letting his cancer keep him down and it’s such an incredible moment to witness.
It’s such a blessing to know that Illijah has an amazing support system behind him. We will continue to pray for Ilijah and his entire family as they face this battle.
Ukranian shadow dance troupe, Verba Shadow, perform an emotional love story on America’s Got Talent.
This entertaining theater group started back in 2010. One university student recruited some of her friends to take part in the school talent show and show off her creative skill of shadow dancing.
Using only a torch, the Verba Shadow dance crew was created. On their website, the group is described as “aiming to build bridges over language, age and cultural barriers between a wide global audience with the help of shadow theatre art form.
The main goal of the shadow theatre VERBA is to surprise, impress and inspire! To make new images of famous stories and to create, embody our original ideas!”
Using this creative form of expression and movement, Verba has truly tugged at heartstrings all over the world while building a name for themselves.
Today, they’re taking their story all the way to the big stage on America’s Got Talent to chase their dreams. This emotional performance tells the epic love story of one man and woman.
First, they meet, marry and have a child. The dancers skillfully use their bodies to form a present box, a house, and much more.
Then a scene of war is played out, including a human helicopter. It’s truly an amazing sight to watch the ways that this dance group moves along with the music to pull off this beautiful story.

18-year-old Marcin Patrzalek gives Beethoven a rock makeover with his unique guitar audition on America’s Got Talent.
Marcin is a Polish fingerstyle guitarist. This means that he only uses his fingers to strum and play. It’s a technique that can be mentally and physically difficult to master, but Marcin’s love for the instrument left him determined to perfect his style.
In 2015, he gained some popularity after winning Must Be The Music, a Polish talent show. But now, this young man is vying for the title on AGT, which he considers to be the best show on Earth.
Marcin has been trying to get on the popular talent competition for four years. Now, he’s finally getting his shot to perform in front of the judges for a chance at the $1 million prize.
Before the audition, Marcin remarked on the weight of this opportunity. “I used to perform in front of my wall and now I’m here on AGT performing in front of millions and millions of people. It’s what I want to do for the rest of my life. I feel like this is my chance to really start my American dream.”
As soon as the teen started to play, everyone knew this was going to be a memorable audition. Marcin used his unique fingerstyle to combine Beethoven's 5th Symphony with ‘Toxicity’ by System Of A Down.
This mashup of classical and rock produced a one-of-a-kind sound and it certainly impressed the judges. After years of hard work, Marcin is finally realizing his dream and he’s definitely got the talent to back it all up.

After surviving the weather, John started his life as a Christian and dedicated himself to serving our Father. ‘Amazing Grace’ is one of those songs that truly stands the test of time and it’s so incredible to see it performed by this country duo inside a church.
The words remind us all that God loves us despite all our sins and shortcomings. His love and grace extends to everyone.

Voices Of Service is comprised of military veterans with a love for music. These four individuals bonded through music after their time in the military. They realized that music therapy was a great tool to help with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Voices Of Service is using their platform to promote this message. Today, they’re belting out the lyrics to ‘Rise’ from Katy Perry as the judges look on in awe.

Stepping on the stage was no light matter for this group. Voices Of Service hopes that their audition will resonate with others and honor the military members. “To have this opportunity, it reminds you what a great country we do live in. And it’s for those people, those men and women who have given the ultimate sacrifice, that I’ll stand on that stage and sing tonight.”
