Canadian Skater Performs Jazzy Ice Routine To ‘Nemesis’

A young man from Canada thrilled and amazed spectators with his astounding ice skating routine, showing off his immense level of talent on the frozen, slippery surface while skating to Benjamin Clementine’s song, “Nemesis.”

Ice skaters are a special kind of athlete. Yes, to reach, remain and compete at the highest level requires loads of skill, intense focus, commitment and thousands of hours practicing on the ice. But ice skaters must also possess a fair amount of charisma and flair. Skaters have to know how to captivate and play to an audience.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Vlad Tchernov put on a dazzling skating routine during the 2023 American Contemporary Skating Festival Showcase. The young man effortlessly moves around on the ice. Early in the routine, the young man ceases skating. Instead, he glides about the ice with such grace and athleticism that it’s more of a dance number.

Additionally, the choreography and the moves Vlad performs as part of his routine were entirely designed by him, according to the video’s description.

Once his routine comes to an end, the spectators let the young man know how they felt about his efforts. They explode with a thunderous round of applause and cheers.

Many who commented on Vlad’s awe-inspiring and mesmerizing routine mentioned how much they loved it.

“Smooth as butter! Loved his musical expression & those nice deep edges! Bravo, young man!” one person posted.

“This is one of the most innovative and inspiring and excellent performances I have seen! Wow! Thank you so much for posting,” a second individual added.

“Vlad is outstanding, I truly lost myself for 4 minutes! TY for your unique photography, & uploads! Kudos to you & Vlad,” someone else wrote.

“Fabulous! I loved his creative choreography! Very unusual indeed. Thanks,” another YouTuber user commented

Younger Brothers Interrupt Father-Daughter Dance To Have A Turn With The Bride

An entire family showed off their moves and fancy footwork at a young woman’s wedding reception during the traditional father-daughter dance.

Weddings and all the festivities surrounding the ceremony are instances when precious, cherished moments are created. From the bride walking down the aisle, to exchanging vows and the throwing of the bouquet, there are dozens of opportunities to create special memories.

As a video posted on YouTube shows, a family used a traditional dance at a wedding reception to create a memory that no one, especially the bride and her family, will ever forget. Typically, the dance between the bride and her father is to a slow, sappy song that holds a special meaning to them. But one family turned that dance on its head.

Instead of a slow song about “daddy’s little girl,” the bride and her father strutted their stuff in front of friends and family to Bobby Darin’s classic, “Mack the Knife.” It’s clear very early on that both the bride and her father have skills when it comes to the dance floor.

They swing and sway back and forth effortlessly, displaying their coordination and sure-footedness. Those attendees standing around watching love it. There are several very audible shouts and cheers from the onlookers.

But about 30 seconds into the clip, dad gets pushed aside as one young man walks onto the dance floor, indicating he is taking over for now. The father-daughter dance has now turned into a sibling dance routine. The bride’s brother also moves about the dance floor with confidence and grace, wowing the people witnessing the sight before them.

Then around the 1:10-minute mark, a second guy comes along and literally shoves his brother off the dance floor. A second brother of the bride shows that smooth, impressive dance moves seemingly run in their family.

But don’t fear. The clip ends much like it began. Dad enters the dance floor later in the clip, finishing the dance with his now-married daughter.

Crazy Moment Robert Irwin Removes Python Stuck In A Vending Machine

The son of the late Steve Irwin, Robert Irwin, while following in his father’s footsteps, rescued a snake from a zoo’s vending machine.

Animals are unique creatures placed on earth by the same God who hung the sun, moon and stars in place. Because of that, all animals are deserving of kindness. However, gentleness and respect are best given to some creatures from a safe distance.

For most of the population, snakes are best viewed and observed from a few hundred yards away and behind a sturdy barrier. But for others, like Robert Irwin, snakes are not bothersome in the slightest, as a video posted on TikTok indicates

In the short, one-minute-and-a-half clip, Robert, while driving, explains the situation, which has him headed to the zoo to deal with a unique problem.

“OK, so I just got a call,” Robert says. “We’ve actually got a carpet python, a big snake, stuck in a vending machine at the zoo. This is, this is a first.”

The clip then quickly cuts to Robert walking into the facility and standing in front of the vending machine, where he spots the slithery creature, who has gotten itself in an odd predicament.

He then grabs the camera and gives viewers an up-close look at the snake, resting comfortably behind several bottles of Coca-Cola. How awful would that be? You think you’re buying a Coke, but a snake jumps out instead!

Robert doesn’t complete this rescue on his own. A second gentleman unlocks and opens the Coke machine, allowing Robert to remove one of the panels behind a row of Cokes. The son of Steve Irwin then slowly and gently places his hand into the machine and withdraws the snake, removing it from the vending machine.

“So that is how you get a carpet python out of a vending machine,” Robert Irwin states.

Hopefully, snakes in vending machines are one situation most people can avoid. Whatever happened to just “have a Coke and a smile?”

Ed Sheeran Crashes Vegas Wedding With Epic Serenade

One of the biggest names in all of entertainment, Ed Sheeran, unexpectedly showed up at a wedding ceremony and serenaded the happy couple, singing and playing one of his newest songs.

Weddings are lovely, often emotional ceremonies. They are instances when lifelong commitments and precious memories are made. The photos and videos captured on that day will only become more and more special as the years go by. One couple who decided to tie the knot in Las Vegas, Nevada, will remember their special day for one very different and “magical” reason.

In a video posted on Instagram, Ed Sheeran was a last-minute and unexpected arrival at a couple’s wedding ceremony in Sin City. The couple was at the altar, in the middle of their ceremony, when the doors to “A Little White Chapel” opened.

No one in the room was expecting Ed Sheeran to enter!

The camera catches the utterly surprised and baffled reactions of the bride and groom as they turn and look, only to see Ed Sheeran singing and carrying an acoustic guitar walk through the doors. The tune he’s singing is apparently called “Magical, ” a song off his upcoming album, according to Billboard

Ed and his background singers serenade the couple, who look on in complete shock and amazement. The entire room gives Ed and his fellow singers a well-deserved round of applause for their surprise performance.

The “Shape of You” singer then hugs the bride and groom. But Ed’s beautiful serenade wasn’t the end of his involvement in their wedding ceremony.

Following the song, the couple said their “I dos,” and walked down the aisle. The groom asks, “We can still get pictures with him, right?” However, before the clip ends, it shows Ed signing their wedding license as a witness.

That was a once-in-a-lifetime type of moment that neither the bride nor groom will forget for the rest of their lives.

12-Year-Old Saves Therapist From Downing After Remembering A Scene From ‘Stranger Things’

A young man saved his behavioral therapist from drowning in a pool and used a technique he saw on the popular Netflix series “Stranger Things” to do so.

Too much of anything is usually a bad idea, especially entertainment. TV shows and movies are good, allowing people a brief escape from everyday worries and stresses. But consuming too much, binge-watching an entire season or a full series of a show in a small amount of time isn’t great.

However, one young man in Florida showed that sometimes TV, even a massively popular science fiction program, can be educational. That’s because 12-year-old Austin MacMillian saved the life of Jason Piquette, his therapist, and did so by using something he witnessed while viewing an episode of “Stranger Things.”

The clip posted on YouTube states that Austin and Jason were both in the pool when the young man soon noticed something was wrong. Jason had gone underwater, wanting to see how long he could hold his breath. After a while, Jason does not resurface, and that’s when Austin springs into action.

The video shows the young man dragging Jason to the shallow end and propping his face out of the water. Jason said that seeing the young man do that caused him to have chills.

“To see him go under the water and somehow get ahold of me and swim me to the shallow end and up on the stairs is, it’s like, incredible,” Jason said. “I got chills.”

Once Austin got Jason to the shallow end, he started calling for help, hoping someone could help him. But no one was around, and so Austin took matters into his own hands. He conducted CPR, which he had spotted on “Stranger Things.”

Eventually, Austin dislodged water from Jason’s body, and he started breathing once again.

Austin saved Jason’s life that day. The young man is the true definition of a hero!

Emotional Ice Skating Routine To ‘A Thousand Years’ From Ye-lim Kim

A South Korean Olympic figure skater put on a breathtaking and emotional performance, showing off her skills on the ice to a popular song by Christina Perri.

Athletes, in order to be successful, in addition to possessing large amounts of skill and investing thousands of hours into intense practice, must master their body’s movements. That is especially important and true for gymnasts and figure skaters, where the margin for error is slim to none. One false move could mean the difference between a gold medal and failing to qualify.

In a clip posted on YouTube, South Korean figure skater Ye-lim Kim put on an utterly dazzling performance while skating to “A Thousand Years” by Christina Perri. She twists, turns, spins and glides around the ice. Her moves are expertly timed and fit the feel and sound of the song.

Around the 45-second mark of the clip, the young woman shows off her immense skills and confidence on the ice. After picking up a fair amount of speed, Ye-lim jumps into the air, spinning a handful of times before landing on the frozen surface. She lands perfectly and without missing a beat, continuing her masterful routine.

Then, at approximately the 2:05-minute mark, Ye-lim once again dazzles the spectators with another jump into the air and spins repeatedly before coming back to the ground.

Her routine is a perfect combination of skill, athleticism and presentation. It has all the elements of a winning routine if she were competing in the Olympics at the time of this performance.

At the end of her marvelous routine, the spectators erupt in a thunderous round of applause. It’s the type of response that the young woman most certainly deserved.

Others were also thoroughly impressed by Ye-lim’s routine. Those who commented on the video raved about her performance. One person called it “stellar” while another called it “absolutely beautiful.”

Bride Spotted Something Blue On Her Wedding Dress And Now Everyone Is In Tears

A bride will have her late father close to her on her big day thanks to a sweet, caring and thoughtful move from her mother.

Weddings and the days leading up to the big, life-changing ceremony are often highly emotional for everybody. Tears can be and are shed by many people in attendance, usually for a variety of reasons. Most of the time, they are tears of happiness for what those two people, standing at the altar, are doing, vowing to stay with one another ‘til death do them part.

However, one mother brought the bride, her daughter, to tears for a very different but extremely sweet reason. A video posted to TikTok explains that while a woman’s wedding dress was at the seamstress being worked on, her mother incorporated “something blue” in a very touching way.

The mother gave the seamstress one of the bride’s late father’s blue t-shirts. As the video shows, a portion of the blue t-shirt had been sewn into the wedding dress in a heart-shaped pattern.

But that wasn’t all!

In the video, after the woman spots the blue piece of fabric in her dress, she notices something odd. This causes her to ask her mother a rather weird question.

“Is this his handwriting?” she asks through tears.

Text in the video explains that the bride’s mother “found his handwriting in an old yearbook and had it sewn into the fabric.”

The bride, thanks to the moving and thoughtful move from her mother, is, understandably, brought to tears. But right before the short, 37-second clip ends, viewers get a look at the message written by her father, which was sewn into her dress.

It’s a blue heart with “I Love You Natalie, Daddy” on it.

That’s a move and a message that would have caused even the most stoic person to shed a tear or two or three.
