Two boys in Trinidad are overcome with joy as they open their Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes.
For the past 25 years, Operation Christmas Child, a project of Samaritan’s Purse, has partnered with local churches in more than 100 countries to distribute gifts to boys and girls in need and tell them about God’s Greatest Gift—Jesus Christ.
Many churches and individuals have made it a tradition to save their shoeboxes and fill them with much-needed hygiene and comfort items. The items may not seem like a treat to some, but for these boys and girls the shoebox is a priceless gift they look forward to.
When we’re packing a shoebox, it’s always nice to imagine what the child’s reaction will be. Today, we don’t have to wonder because this video shows a group of boys all sitting in rows anxiously waiting to open their thoughtful gifts.
When the signal is given, they furiously open the box to see what treasures await. Two boys caught our eye as they beam over a soccer ball and a stuffed animal.
Their heartwarming reactions were caught on camera and it’s enough to make any heart soar. This short clip is such an important reminder that the things we may take for granted and the items that someone else so desperately need to survive.
Acts 20:35 “In all things I have shown you that by working hard in this way we must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he himself said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”
Blind veteran Robert Finley returns to the America’s Got Talent stage with a stunning original song titled, ‘Age Don’t Mean A Thing.’
When we first met Robert, he was making an impression during his initial audition. He performed with an upbeat original tune but it was his backstory that truly won over America.
Robert shared with the crowd that his love of music started at a very young age. When he was 19, Robert served in the Vietnam War.
After returning home, he decided to start a family and took a job as a carpenter to support them. But Robert never lost his passion for music and continued to play.
About four years ago, while getting an eye exam, Robert discovered that he had glaucoma. Now, he is almost completely blind in both eyes but he’s determined to follow his dream.
Week after week, this incredible musician has brought us talented original songs and touching performances. Today, he’s competing in the semi-finals with another original tune called ‘Age Don’t Mean A Thing.’
“Age, that don't mean a thing, no baby
I'm qualified to be your man, yes I am baby
And I'm not too hard to understand
And I'll always do the best I can
But age don't mean a thing”
These lyrics are the perfect words for Robert. Even at the age of 65, Robert isn’t letting anything stand in his way of playing music for the world. What an incredible journey for this inspiring artist on America’s Got Talent.
Strangers step up when a man posing as a rideshare driver tries to lure an incapacitated woman into his vehicle.
The television show ‘What Would You Do?’ is a popular hidden camera program hosted by John Qui'ones. The show is notable for putting strangers in difficult situations and then recording their reactions.
Each response is unpredictable from respond from episode to episode. Sometimes, there is anger while other times you may see people moved to tears. Many of the episodes are inspired by real life events or news stories. Today’s episode is ripped straight from the headlines.
As technology increases, the use of ride share apps such as Uber and Lyft have taken off. So many groups and individuals are taking advantage of this affordable and convenient option for traveling by car. But there are also so major disadvantages, such as riding in a vehicle that is driven by a stranger.
Though ride share companies have put many security features in place, there have still been multiple instances of injury, kidnapping, or death at the hands of vicious drivers. On this episode, an actress is posing as an inebriated woman looking for her rideshare car.
As she walks outside, a strange man approaches and tries to convince her that he is her driver without showing proof. One by one, individuals stand up for the woman and make sure that she is kept safe from harm.
It’s truly incredible to witness so many people stepping in and doing the right thing, even at the risk of their own safety. And this is such a good reminder to always be aware of your surroundings and utilize the security features when using a rideshare program.

The Booth Brothers perform a rousing rendition of ‘Do You Know You Are My Sunshine’ with special guest Bill Gaither. This song was an instant hit for The Statler Brothers after it’s release in 1978.
“She was standin’ in the crowd
All alone and lookin’ pretty
Listenin’ to the music that we played
She walked up and whispered
I leaned down and listened
To the request that she made”
Today, The Booth Brothers are lending their voice to this classic tune and they are joined by another iconic voice, Bill Gaither. The Booth Brothers are a southern gospel ensemble that started in the 1950s.
The group was formed by Ron Booth, Sr and his brothers Charles, James, and Wallace. They performed together for many years before disbanding in 1963. But then, in 1990, Ron’s youngest son, Michael, decided to revive the group with his father and brother, Ronnie.

She asked so sweet and tenderly
(Do you know), Do you know you are my sunshine
And would you do it one more time for me”

My daughter Karen (although not a professional photographer) has taken many professional looking photos over the years. The photos in this video were included in a calendar she made and passed along to family and friends as a gift a few years ago. I had kept the calendar in my office closet; just recently, I happened to come a cross it while I was looking for something else. I was awe struck by the beauty and richness of the photos of nature she had taken and decided right there and then they had to be shared with the world...thus, this Video. Along with these glorious photos of nature; I thought it would be most appropriate to include Bible Verse Captions to enhance the impact of the pictures. Hopefully, you will be as Spiritually moved (as I was) by this God Inspired Video. If so, I would be joyously pleased to get your feedback. Here's my email address should you be so inclined to respond. Thank you and God Bless! [email protected]
Talented artist Tori Kelly sits down with The Late Show musical director Jon Batiste for an unrehearsed rendition of ‘Amazing Grace.’
Tori Kelly has been a staple on the music scene for years, but 2018 marked her first gospel album. Now, she’s not afraid to proclaim her love for the Lord on national television.
“Amazing Grace, How sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost, but now am found
T'was blind but now I see
T'was Grace that taught my heart to fear
And Grace, my fears relieved
How precious did that grace appear
The hour I first believed”
This iconic hymn was written by John Newton. It served as a measure of thanks to the Lord for giving him new life. As a sailor, John was known for his crude language and actions. But one day, he found himself caught in a terrible storm. After hours at the helm of the ship, his thoughts turned to God.
After surviving the weather, John started his life as a Christian and dedicated himself to serving our Father. Today, Tori Kelly is visiting The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. That’s where she teamed up with Jon Batiste, the musical director of the show, for an impromptu performance of ‘Amazing Grace.’
This moment was completely unrehearsed but it shows the true talent between these two musicians. Just listen as they sit down at the piano and belt out these words that we all hold so dear. Who else is in awe right now?
In this social experiment video, strangers can be seen standing up for a teen that is being fat-shamed by mean girls. Teenage girls can be so cruel, but it is great to see adults intervening and showing them that what they are doing is wrong.
This hidden camera show is called What Would You Do? and it observes how ordinary people behave when they are confronted with different scenarios. Some people take action while others mind their own business. The various situations are acted out by paid actors.
For this scenario, the actors are three teenage girls. Two of them are acting as mean girls and the other girl, Sophie is playing the victim. The girls are at an ice cream parlor in Livingston, NJ and Sophie is getting bullied for ordering ice cream.
As Sophie is sampling ice cream flavors, the bullies go in full force, attacking her with their words.
“You’re never going to look like us if you eat like that,” says one of the mean girls. “We came here to get ice coffee; we didn’t come here to get fat,” says the other bully.
The harassment continues, with the bullies calling Sophie “disgusting” and “Miss Piggy,” before other customers in the shop step in to say something.
One older gentleman gives Sophie a pep talk after the mean girls leave the store.
“You let them talk like that to you?” he says. “I’m used to it,” Sophie replies. “You got to stand up, once in a while, for yourself. Don’t ever let people talk down to you, ever.” His words comfort her while they share a table and eat ice cream together.
The three teenage girls set up several times to act out the bullying scene, and time after time, bystanders came to the aid of Sophie.
The last time that the girls act out the scenario, a mother and daughter come into the ice cream parlor. While the mean girls are bullying Sophie, the mother speaks up and intervenes.
“Hey, you guys are abusive. What you are saying is really mean…I’m a therapist that specializes in eating disorders and what you’re doing is incredibly hurtful. I’m horrified,” says the mother.
The bullies storm out of the shop, leaving Sophie behind. That’s when the daughter of the mom who spoke up comforts Sophie.
“Here, take out your phone. I’ll give you my number,” she says to Sophie. “You can hang out with me instead. I didn’t have many friends in high school, so I know what it’s like…There are much nicer people to hang out with.”
That’s when the camera crew comes into the store and explains the show What Would You Do? to the mother and daughter. The daughter explains why she knew she needed to reach out to Sophie.
“A lot of times, teenagers are afraid that if they say something, they’re going to be an outcast,” she says. “But I think it really defines you as a person if you are compassionate about other people and you aren’t afraid to take a stand for what you believe it right.
What a beautiful message. May we all stand up for what is right and show compassion to everyone that we encounter!
