Switchfoot lead singer Jon Foreman is the chosen performer of live music for a live podcast recording featuring Chris Sullivan (“Toby) of NBC-TV's "This is Us".

Sullivan will be interviewed live by Jamie Tworkowski, founder of To Write Love on Her Arms, a non-profit movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, and self-injury.  The podcast will be made available immediately after taping.

On his Twitter, Jon Foreman said he was “stoked to join forces” with Sullivan for this forum, which is scheduled for Sunday December 16 at the Bootleg Theater in Los Angeles.

On a surfboard or on a stage, Jon Foreman has trodden both these waters for over 20 years; heading an unassuming San Diego-based multi-platinum, Grammy-winning alt-rock group Switchfoot.

Chris Sullivan (born July 19, 1980) is an American actor and musician. He is known for playing Taserface in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. He first gained attention for his portrayal of Tom Cleary on the Cinemax drama The Knick. He played Benny Hammond in Stranger Things and currently stars as Toby on the NBC drama This Is Us.
